I'm really worried as my 2-month-old baby has a completely blocked nose because of the weather. Can I use Otrivin paediatric nasal drops for her? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

My son has had a fever since yesterday afternoon and I gave him paracetamol, which seemed to help for a bit. This morning, we saw a doctor nearby who advised on cidaflox 100 and macfast syrup. But now, his fever is up to 102. What should I do?

My 1-month-old son has a bigger belly button that's about 2 cm in height. Also, his right testicle sometimes swells up to almost double the size of the left one. The doctor says it might go away on its own within a year or else he'll need surgery. I'm really worried do these issues usually resolve by themselves?
A 2 cm umbilical hernia in a newborn usually resolves by itself within the first year, but if it doesn’t, surgery may be required. The testicular swelling should be monitored, but often resolves without intervention.
