Question

I've been dealing with external piles for 34 years and never told anyone because I'm embarrassed. They swell up, hurt badly, and sometimes bleed. I get constipated easily, can't digest food properly, and there's itching and sharp pain around my anus. The hemorrhoids are about the size of a chana pulse I don't know what stage I'm at but I can't take it anymore. Can this be treated without surgery? I'm really scared of going under the knife.

I'm dealing with a really frustrating issue of constant burping and belching for about 5 months now. It's gotten so bad that I can have 30 to 40 burps in just one minute sometimes. It's not something I can ignore anymore like before. Ive consulted the same doctor twice recently, and they said it's nothing to worry about and suggested doing regular exercise for better digestion. They also gave me some Diclofenac Sodium 100mg. Can you help me figure out what else I should do or if there's anything I should really be concerned about?
