Hydroceles can call for surgery if they cause symptoms, become large or continue to show changes in size by about a year of age. If the hydrocele is "non-communicating," meaning there is no related indirect inguinal hernia, the hydrocele sac is taken out, often through an incision in the scrotum.

Is my boyfriend's premature ejaculation my responsibility?

My left testicle hangs much lower than my right one and sometimes feels like it's burning. I've heard about bell clapper deformity causing testicular torsion and I'm worried because I also have bilateral grade 1 varicocele. Could this deformity be why my left testicle hangs differently? I recently had a zsr circumcision on February 22nd and now all the staples along with the silicon ring have fallen off. There's just a tiny bit still attached to the skin and when I try to remove it, it hurts a little, which is really freaking me out. I'm worried that pulling it might cause some other issues. Could you tell me if it's safe to pull it off myself? Also, I'm curious if I can now engage in sexual activities like intercourse or masturbation.
