Question
I've been noticing a lot of red moles popping up on my body hands, stomach, legs, neck and they seem to be increasing. What could these be, and is there a way to stop them from spreading? Also, are there any natural methods to remove the existing ones without going for cosmetic surgery? I've attached a picture for reference.

The red moles you're describing likely correspond to cherry angiomas, which are benign, harmless skin growths that become more common with age. They don't typically require treatment unless they cause discomfort or you prefer them removed for cosmetic reasons. While there's no way to prevent their appearance, some self-care practices can help protect your skin from sun exposure
