I'm a 26-year-old guy living in Mumbai. I used to have a fair complexion, but after years of sun exposure and not really taking care of my skin, my face, hands, and neck have become visibly darker. If I stay indoors for a few days, my skin lightens up a bit, but I can't really do that since I have to work. Can I use triamcinolone acetonide cream for bed bug bites to help with the itch, or is there something else that might work better? I've been dealing with some really irritating bites and I'm not sure what the best treatment is.

I'm wondering about the best order to apply my skincare products. Should I put on the depiwhite cream on my cheeks first and then apply sunscreen over my whole face, or is it better to do the sunscreen first and then the depiwhite cream where I need it? I want to make sure I'm doing it right.
