I've been taking rabeprazole and domperidone for a year now because of my hiatal hernia, but I'm only 22. Is surgery a better option or will I have to stay on these meds forever? How long is it safe to keep taking them?

Lately, I've noticed that my stool is occasionally very light in color, and it's got me concerned. I havent changed my diet or started taking any new medications. What could be causing this?

I've had two endoscopies and my doctor diagnosed me with GERD. They prescribed some tablets, but I'm still struggling with symptoms like constant upper stomach discomfort, feeling like my stomach is always full, and hardly ever burping even after eating. Talking makes me tired, and I can't relax even when taking deep breaths my chest expands, but my stomach muscles stay tense. Sometimes my throat feels tight too. I read about fundoplication surgery for GERD do I really need it, or can tablets still help? I'm really worried about this.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with stomach pain and loose motions since yesterday. The loose motions have stopped since last night, but the stomach pain is still there, and I'm experiencing a lot of gas. I tried taking Ocid 20 and Pudin Hara, but they didn't help. I even ate some dahi, but that didn't do anything either. Could you please suggest any medicine that might help with the stomach pain and stop the excessive farting?
