Question
I've been taking rabeprazole and domperidone for a year now because of my hiatal hernia, but I'm only 22. Is surgery a better option or will I have to stay on these meds forever? How long is it safe to keep taking them?

You’re young, and long-term PPI use can affect bone health, B12, and magnesium levels. If symptoms persist despite meds, consider surgery.
