Question

I've had cysts in both breasts for the last two months and they sometimes cause pain. Can you tell me if this can be treated with medication or if surgery is needed? Also, is it safe to try for pregnancy right now with this condition? I've attached my ultrasound and FNAC reports for reference

I'm really concerned about my wife's ultrasound results. Her last menstrual period was on June 25th, 2021, and today the ultrasound showed she's 5 weeks 6 days along. There was a yolk sac and the gestational sac measured at 1.14 cm, but there wasn't a fetal pole visible yet. Is this normal? Should we be worried about not seeing the fetal pole at this stage?

After a TORCH profile test, my gyno told me to wait six months before trying again, but it's been eight months now, and I still can't get pregnant despite following all the doctor's instructions. I'm feeling pretty worried and wondering what steps I should take next. Any advice on what I might be missing?
