Eltroxin dose is fine if TSH is within target range usually less than 2.5 for most adults. Adjust only after seeing latest thyroid report.

I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last three years and infertility. I was taking levothyroxine 50 mcg daily, but recently I have been feeling low energy, gaining weight, experiencing hair thinning and hair fall, and my periods have become shorter with less bleeding than before.
