Question
Last week, 1.5 liters of fluid was removed from the space between my lungs. Since then, I have been experiencing rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, bitterness in the mouth, constant fatigue, and a persistent cough. All lab reports have come back normal, and TB has been ruled out, but the doctors have not been able to give a clear diagnosis yet. I am very concerned and would appreciate it if you could review the situation and let me know if there is anything more we should do

If TB and infection ruled out, consider malignancy or autoimmune disease. Further imaging or biopsy may be required.

Take a ANA Profile Test (Anti Nuclear Antibody) Test or Take a CBC+ESR Test
