I've been experiencing a tickling sensation when I urinate, along with the frequent urge to go every 30 minutes, for the last 56 days. Every time I finish, it feels a bit like a mini orgasm. Sometimes it gets a little itchy, but there's no blood or burning sensation. I've been drinking around 7-8 glasses of water a day, eating home-cooked meals that aren't too oily or spicy. Everything else seems normal. Should I be worried or get this checked out?

It sounds like you might be experiencing mild irritation or possibly a urinary tract infection (UTI), which can cause the sensations you're describing. Even though there's no burning or blood, the frequent urge to urinate and tickling sensation can still be signs of a UTI or another issue. If it persists, I would recommend consulting a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have bilateral varicocele, worse on the left side and milder on the right. Can homeopathy actually help treat this or is surgery the only real option for relief?
