I have bilateral varicocele, worse on the left side and milder on the right. Can homeopathy actually help treat this or is surgery the only real option for relief? I'm worried about the long-term effects if left untreated but also hesitant about going under the knife right away. What would you recommend?

View allI am 23 years old. can phimosis be correctedtreated without a surgery thank you. if yesno then please elaborate.
Yes, phimosis can often be treated without surgery, especially in mild to moderate cases. Non-surgical options include steroid creams and gentle stretching techniques. In some cases, more aggressive dilations using a balloon dilator might be needed. If these methods fail or the phimosis is severe, surgery (circumcision) may be recommended.

I've been going to the bathroom a lot after getting my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and I also had a fever last night. I spent the entire night having to urinate every half hour. I'm really worriedis this a side effect of the vaccine or could it be something else?
Frequent urination after a COVID-19 vaccine isn't a common side effect, but the fever you experienced might have triggered increased urination due to fluid intake or changes in your body's response. If this continues or worsens, it's a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying issues.
