I'm having some discomfort in my chest when I masturbate, especially in the middle and left side. It doesn't hurt a lot, just a little, but it's noticeable. At first, I thought it might be because I was overweight, so I lost some weight and now I'm down to 67 kg, but the pain is still there. I even tried stopping for a month, thinking it was because I was doing it too often, like 3-4 times a week, but the pain came back when I started again. I'm a bit embarrassed to talk to my friends or family about this, but is there something else that could be causing it?

I'm experiencing some issues and I'm really worried. Whenever I masturbate during the day, my heart starts pounding really loudly afterwards. And then at night, I feel this burning sensation in my chest and it's so hard to breathe. It's okay during the day but when night comes, it feels really difficult to breathe. I just want to feel healthy and I'm scared something might be really wrong. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been trying to eat better and exercise a bit more, but I'm worried because my triglyceride levels are still going up. Last year they were 286, and now they're 365. I've been taking fish liver oil and eating flax seeds regularly. Do you have any advice on what else I could do?

Statins and fibrates are medications that can help lower triglycerides. Statins primarily lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels, but they can also modestly reduce triglycerides. Fibrates are specifically effective at lowering triglyceride levels
