Mr. Dipankar Dhar has been experiencing fever for the last 7 days, with fluctuating temperatures from high to low daily. He also has throat irritation, a feeling of dehydration with dryness in the throat, and some digestive issues, including difficulty eating and mild digestion problems, but no gas or stomach ache. He constantly experiences a bitter taste on his tongue. His blood test report is normal. A COVID 19 test is not available in his area.

Symptoms may suggest viral infection or typhoid. If COVID testing isnt available, consider CBC, Widal, or CRP. Stay hydrated and consult doctor for empirical treatment.
