Fever, cough and high WBC means infection. Cause (viral/bacterial) needs confirmation. Avoid antibiotics without doctor advice. Do CBC, CRP, Chest Xray. Give fluids, rest, paracetamol. See doctor if symptoms worsen.

One year ago, my tuberculosis (TB) report was positive, and I also had problems with my periods. I continued Ayurvedic treatment, and my report later became negative.
