Fever, cough and high WBC means infection. Cause (viral/bacterial) needs confirmation. Avoid antibiotics without doctor advice. Do CBC, CRP, Chest Xray. Give fluids, rest, paracetamol. See doctor if symptoms worsen.

I tested positive for COVID 19 and received my report on the 24th. Since then, I have been taking my medications regularly. However, I am still experiencing weakness and occasional fever.
