My 9 month old baby girl has a urine report showing UTI with a colony count of 1 x 10 exponentiation 5 and E. coli growth. I want to know about this report.

This confirms a urinary tract infection. A pediatrician must prescribe antibiotics as per the culture sensitivity. Timely treatment is important to avoid complications. Maintain hygiene. Drink plenty water
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test

This is the second time I am experiencing frequent urination. The last episode was about 4 months ago, when my urine test showed bacteria and I was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor, after which the problem resolved. Now the issue has come back. I have attached my urine test report. Please advise.

As soon as I drink water, it becomes urine within half an hour, and I feel the urge to go to the bathroom very often. I feel like my body is not absorbing the water properly and it goes straight into my bladder. I also feel pain due to frequent urination. This problem becomes worse when I masturbate or have sex. I sometimes feel itching and moisture near that area, even though I keep it clean. Earlier, when I went to the hospital for this problem, there was a minor UTI in the test report, and the doctor prescribed antibiotics. Now, I am not sure if it is the same problem this time or something else. If it is the same, I want to know why it keeps happening and what I can do to prevent it? Thanks in advance for helping me clear my doubts.
