My beta hCG result is 3.10 mIU per ml. According to the report, the biological reference range is not detectable to 2.90 mIU/ml indicates non pregnant status. So, what does my result mean?

Your beta hCG level of 3.10 mIU per mL is slightly above the non pregnant range. This could indicate a very early pregnancy or a false positive. Please repeat after 48 to 72 hours to check for a rising trend. Rising levels indicate pregnancy.

I have a problem conceiving because my follicle does not rupture and forms a cyst even after taking Hucog. I consulted a very experienced gynecologist and told her my problem. She scanned me, checked all reports, and said there is no issue for conceiving. She asked me to let her see for one cycle. In this cycle, on the second day she prescribed two Letrozole tablets daily for five days and asked me to come for follow up from the tenth day. On day thirteen, the left follicle size was 22 mm. She gave me Matrena 10k injection and asked me to come on day seventeen. On day seventeen, she wrote in my file that the left follicle is 30 mm and the right is 20 mm, endometrium 8.8 mm, and gave me Meprate 10 from day eighteen for seven days. She said to come if my menstrual cycle starts on day two or three of the cycle, or even if I missed my period, to visit in 2 to 3 days. I want to know whether Meprate 10 helps for pregnancy or not. Is whatever is happening with my follicle normal or do I have any problem? All my reports are normal, including AMH 2.68, thyroid normal, and fallopian tubes normal.

Mam and sir my friend took beta hcg blood test two times. First on 27th October the next day after missed periods it was negative. Then she again took beta hcg blood test on 30th October that was positive. Now my question is what can be the reason for the false hcg result before? So from this above incident I am forced to ask you when to take beta hcg test after missed periods or after 2 weeks of intercourse which is more accurate and more reliable? In the above case if he would have considered that she is not pregnant then the scenario can be the worst. So please reply when is the best time to take beta hcg after 15 days of sex or after missed period?
