This is my blood report. I sometimes experience lower back pain and heel pain. I have been diagnosed with spondylosis and took Ayurvedic treatment, but I still feel dizzy at times. Could you please review my report and advise what might be causing these symptoms?

Spondylosis can cause back and heel pain. Dizziness may be unrelated. Vitamin deficiencies (D, B12) should be ruled out. Continue physiotherapy or consult orthopedics if pain worsens.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Vitamin D (1,25 Dihydroxy Cholecalciferol) Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

I sometimes experience brain fog, pain at the back of my head, and a sensation of being off balance while walking. Sudden head movements cause dizziness, and I also have difficulty with eye movements. Could you please help me understand what these symptoms might indicate based on my report results?
