I sometimes experience brain fog, pain at the back of my head, and a sensation of being off balance while walking. Sudden head movements cause dizziness, and I also have difficulty with eye movements. Could you please help me understand what these symptoms might indicate based on my report results?

These signs can stem from low vitamin B12 or anemia affecting nerve function. Please get a Vitamin B12 level and a Complete Blood Count. Stay hydrated, take regular screen breaks, and practice gentle balance exercises. Review results with your doctor to decide if imaging or specialist referral is needed.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

My blood report shows mild anisocytosis and mild eosinophilia. Could you please suggest the way forward? What does this indicate and what should I do next?

Please see the attached picture of my white tongue. I had oral sex and took HIV ELISA and CMIA tests at 5 weeks, 5 months, and 24 weeks after exposure, all were negative. However, I still have a white coating on my tongue (which I can scrape off in the morning while brushing) and occasional joint pain. I read on the internet that these could be symptoms of HIV, and I have been very worried for months. Are my test results conclusive, or do I need further testing?
