This pattern may point to early vitamin B12 or folate deficiency despite normal hemoglobin. Including supplements or checking vitamin levels could help. No immediate danger.

View allFor the past two months, I have been experiencing leg and body pain, along with a persistent feeling of tiredness, especially after office hours. This fatigue is significantly affecting both my personal and professional life. I have been regularly taking calcium (Cipcal 500) and multivitamin (ME 12 OD) supplements. I also underwent a complete blood check-up, and all reports, including Vitamin D levels, came back within normal limits. Despite this, the symptoms persist. I would request suggestions for suitable treatment, homeopathic or Ayurvedic options, if possible. I am also open to allopathic recommendations if needed.

I am currently taking Selekon XL 50 mg and Amfast 40 mg for blood pressure, which is well controlled. My weight is 65 kg and my height is 5.6. However, over the past few days, I have been experiencing symptoms such as stomach bloating, weakness, tiredness, tinnitus, numbness in fingers while sleeping, and a sensation of hot feet. My recent blood test showed a low Vitamin B12 level at 172.9 pg per mL. Additionally, my VLDL is 51 and my cholesterol/HDL ratio is 6.46. I am looking for suggestions on how to manage these issues and whether any treatment or lifestyle changes are needed. Thank you.

I have been having chronic lower back pain for the last one year. Low vitamin B12 and D3 were found in my blood report. The X ray report shows L3 L4 L5 disc space reduction and degenerated disc disease with muscle spasm. I had treatment three times and every time after medicine and physiotherapy the pain comes back even after doing exercises and maintaining proper sitting in office. What can be done to get cured from this frustrating lower back pain?
