A lymphocyte count of 3500 per microlitre is on the higher side but not necessarily dangerous. This can happen during viral infections, stress, or mild inflammation. The percentage 59 percent is high, but the absolute count matters more. Concerning levels are typically greater than 5000 to 6000 per microlitre without infection, or less than 1000 per microlitre.
