My blood report shows RBC normocytic normochromic with mild anisopoikilocytosis. WBC shows lymphocytic predominance with mild eosinophilia. Platelets are adequate on the smear. What does it mean? Thank you.

My current medicines are Azithromycin 500, Ivermectin, Doxycycline, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Paracetamol since day 2. My recent blood report shows D dimer level 2600. One doctor advised a blood thinner injection for 7 days, while another said it is not immediately necessary and that Ecosprin 150 is enough. I need your opinion and guidance.
