My blood report shows a slightly higher CRP of 4.17 and increased immunoglobulin levels. I do not have any symptoms, and all other tests are normal: LDL cholesterol 98, ESR 10, blood pressure normal, and fasting sugar 71. What could be the reason for these findings?

Mildly raised CRP may indicate minor inflammation or immune response; not serious if asymptomatic.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test or Take a Immunoglobulin Panel [IgG, IgM & IgA] - Serum Test

Should I repeat the test to reassess the hs CRP level, or is this elevation expected due to the recent dental treatments?
