My blood report shows: Widal test: S. typhi O is 1:80 dilution, S. typhi H is 1:80 Para typhi AH is less than 1:20 Para typhi BH is 1:20 Does this mean I have typhoid? If yes, which medicine should I take now?

TO/TH at 1:80 is borderline. This is not conclusive for typhoid. If symptoms persist (fever, weakness), consult a doctor for antibiotic guidance.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

My sister, on 5 March, had a fever of 99 to 100 degrees F along with swelling in her ankles, pain in her right eye/head (pulsating type), and dizziness. The doctor advised various tests. Her blood test report showed Salmonella Typhi O 1:160 and Salmonella Typhi H 1:320. Urine test showed 8 to 10 pus cells, 15 to 20 epithelial cells, and bacteria present. She was prescribed treatment for typhoid. On 18 March, Widal test was negative, but she experienced a burning sensation during urination. A urine culture was done, and after consulting a gynecologist, Doxycycline and Urispaz were prescribed. In subsequent days, she developed fever and weakness, followed by small reddish rashes on her legs. On 29 March, a Widal test showed Sal. Typhi O 1:80 and H 1:160. She was then given Mikacin and Magnazone via IV for 5 days, but Mikacin was stopped midway. On 10 April, she experienced severe weakness, dizziness, joint pain, and her Widal test showed 1:160 and 1:320 for O and H.
