As per my blood report, total count is 18700. Which doctor should I consult for this?

A total count of 18,700 suggests infection or inflammation. You should consult a general physician or internal medicine specialist.

In the past, she has undergone multiple surgeries, including three hernia operations, appendix removal, and a sterilization procedur, around 11 operations in total. Could you please advise about COVID19 vaccination for her? Specifically, which tests should be done before vaccination, and what parameters in the blood report should be within normal limits?

My mother is 57 years old and has been receiving treatment at AIIMS Hospital for the past 17 years. She was fine until a month ago, but since then, she has developed a dry cough. She has taken all the medicines prescribed by the AIIMS doctor, but there has been no improvement. Her blood report is normal. The cough is not continuous, but when it starts, it becomes unstoppable for a while. Because of the cough, she also feels pain in her throat. She is taking a cough syrup called Grilinctus. Please suggest what we should do.

During this, I found that my hemoglobin has dropped significantly, it was 12.4 six months ago. I am unsure of the reason for this drop and would like to know if my current report is normal.
