My child is 6 years old. Her blood report today at 3:00 PM shows SGOT at 281, SGPT at 210, and total bilirubin at 7.1. She has no vomiting and no fever. The doctor said it is not risky, but I am still very worried.

Please review my test report and let me know if there are any serious concerns. My liver function test (LFT) results are: SGPT (ALT): 69 U/L Direct Bilirubin: 0.31 mg/dL Total Protein: 8.3 g/dL Could you please advise what these values indicate and whether any follow up is needed?
