My dad is 79 and has COPD. We're currently doing allopathic treatment in Nagpur, but I'm really worried about his health. Are there any other ways or things we can do to help improve his condition?

I'm really worried about my dad. He was diagnosed with acute bronchitis back in January 2020, and he's also got diabetes. He's been using this Foracort 400 inhaler, started with 2 puffs twice a day, and now it's down to once in the morning and evening. The thing is, he's been using it consistently ever since.
