My daughter is deficient in vitamin D, B12, and iron. Her urine report shows 8 to 9 pus cells and epithelial cells positive. Widal test report is S Typhi O 1:80, S Typhi H 1:40, S Paratyphi AH 1:20, S Paratyphi BH 1:20. Is she suffering from typhoid?

Low titers (1:80) may be nonspecific. Symptoms plus pus cells suggest infection, possibly UTI. Vitamin deficiencies must be corrected. Typhoid needs confirmation by blood culture. See a pediatrician.

Hi, how can typhoid be treated at the 2nd stage? The Widal test was done, and the titre count is 320. She has been suffering from fever, cough, and cold for the past week. Initially, we thought it might be a common viral fever and consulted a doctor, but after the symptoms persisted, we got blood tests done yesterday for Dengue, malarial parasite, and Widal for typhoid.

My Widal test report shows O antigen positive up to 1:160, H antigen positive up to 1:40, AH antigen positive up to 1:40, and BH antigen positive up to 1:40. Please explain what this means and advise what I should do?
