My diabetes is currently under control, but I have been advised to consult a nephrologist due to an infection noted in my reports.

My urine culture shows E. coli resistant to many drugs, including ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. However, in a different, well established lab (operating since 1965), the same test done three times shows the bacteria are susceptible to these drugs. Which lab results should I trust? In my urine microbiology test report, bacteria is positive. I am taking Ayurvedic medicines: Neeri tablet, Mahasudarshan kada, Chandraprabhavati, and Amritarishta. How long can I expect relief? My symptoms are fever (99.2 to 99.4), occasional headache, and body pain.
