My father frequently experiences severe pain in various parts of his body, including the shoulder, wrist, knee, and arm. He has not started any medication yet, but his recent blood report showed a positive result for rheumatoid arthritis. What diet, daily routine, exercises, and medications should he follow to manage this condition effectively?

RA causes joint inflammation. Start treatment with a rheumatologist to avoid joint damage. Diet should be anti inflammatory omega 3, low sugar. Gentle exercise like walking or yoga. Avoid straining, use the western washroom.
