My father recovered from COVID about 45 days ago. He was hospitalized from April 9th to 16th. In his recent blood report, the CD4/CD8 ratio appears to be low. Could you please help me understand what this means.

My recent blood report shows hemoglobin of 10.1 g/dL, ESR of 15 mm/hr, PCV of 32.6 percent, Salmonella Typhi O at 1:80, Salmonella Typhi H at 1:80, and CRP at 16.3 IU/mL. I have been experiencing watery diarrhea and high fever for the past three days. Additionally, I underwent hip surgery with screws a month ago.
