My follicle scan shows multiple follicles, and my estradiol level is 832. Is this report good or bad? What should be the next treatment step?

Multiple follicles and high estradiol suggest ovarian stimulation. If under fertility treatment, doctor may proceed with ovulation trigger. Confirm with your fertility specialist.

I have been facing this problem for the last one year. I have taken a lot of antibiotics and also homeopathy medicine. I have done all tests (blood, sugar, pelvic and Pap smear, and USG of lower abdomen), and the reports were perfectly okay. But I am still suffering from this problem. Kindly help me with this problem and please let me know the possible disease name?

My report stated multiple peripheral follicles with central echogenic stroma in both ovaries. Polycystic appearance on both ovaries.
