My FSH level is 12.67, LH is 7.700, Estradiol level is 57.2, and Progesterone is 0.327. When the blood was collected I did not have my period in the morning but after some hours I got my period. Is my report normal because I got my period shortly after the blood collection?

Hormone levels can slightly fluctuate depending on cycle timing. Since the period started soon after, these levels are likely near the start of your cycle. The FSH level is a bit on the higher side, which might indicate reduced ovarian reserve, but one reading is not enough to conclude.

I have a low sperm count issue and recently had a Doppler test. Both testes and epididymis are normal in size, location, and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen and no free fluid is noted in the tunica vaginalis on either side. Both spermatic cords appear normal with no dilated vascular channels. No evidence of torsion is noted on Doppler interrogation of the testes and spermatic cords. Reversal of flow on Valsalva maneuver is noted in the left spermatic cord, grade I. No reflux is noted on the right side. The conclusion is left sided grade I varicocele. I have attached both semen analysis and Doppler reports. No other abnormality is seen. Please help me.
