My mother feels heaviness in her head for a long period of time. During this, she finds it very difficult to remember things and feels tired. Continuous brain fatigue is making her very weak over time. Recently, her hormone levels have decreased. I am attaching her blood test report. Please suggest what is wrong with her and what medication she should take next? She is also not gaining weight no matter how much she eats. Additionally, she has periods twice a month. Please advise.

Symptoms suggest hormonal imbalance, possibly menopause related or thyroid related. If hormone levels are abnormal, a gynecologist or endocrinologist should be consulted.
