My mother has been experiencing low back pain around the left hip along with a fever ranging from 99 to 100 for the past 25 days. The fever occurs at least twice daily. Her blood reports checked by a general physician are normal, and the spine X ray reviewed by an orthopedic doctor is also normal. Dengue test is negative. What could be the cause, and what further steps should we take?

My 4 year old daughter X ray report shows prominent pulmonary bronchovascular markings. Her abdominal scan shows enteritis, cystitis, and subcentimetric lymph nodes in the mesentery.
