Previously, my CRP test before vaccination was non reactive. I received my first vaccine dose in August, after which a lymph node near my right breast swelled, which has now reduced by 70 percent. My second dose was on November 18, and the above test was done yesterday. Until last year, my cholesterol and sugar levels were normal, but they became borderline with my thyroid issues and have not improved. Am I at any risk due to these results, and what steps should I take to manage them?

Hi sir, I have been undergoing treatment for MDR TB and have been regularly taking all prescribed medications as per my doctor instructions. These include Monopas, Ethio 250, Mycotuf C 250 mg, Levofloxacin, Benadon, Sompraz D, and Clotas EH. My recent chest X ray report shows that the left hilar shadow appears prominent. However, my blood test results are mostly normal, except for an elevated TSH level of 7.080, for which I take one tablet of Thyrox 100 daily. Please let me know what the prominent hilar shadow on the chest X ray might indicate and what steps should be taken next.

TT3 is slightly low, TSH is within normal but on higher side. If she feels fine, same dose can continue. Repeat in 6 to 8 weeks. Please do the required TSH and FT3 or FT4 tests again.
