Albumin ++ in urine suggests early kidney impact common in diabetes. High IgE shows allergic response or inflammation. Needs tight sugar control and kidney monitoring. Doctor may start medicines to protect kidneys.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Urine ACR Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

View allI have been experiencing burning after urination for the past 10 months. The problem is intermittent, sometimes it resolves for a few days and then comes back. Earlier, a culture test showed UTI, and I was treated with antibiotics. Along with burning, I also sometimes have frequent urination. My doctor did a rectal exam and said this is chronic prostatitis. I am currently taking Flotral and will be starting Urispas from today. A KUB ultrasound has also been advised again (the last one, about 7 months ago, only showed mild segmentation). Please suggest what I should do next.

Hello Doctor, my wife has been experiencing itching in the clitoral area for the past 15 days, which is sometimes difficult for her to resist. She also feels pain in that area. We consulted a doctor, who suggested a urine test and prescribed medication. I have attached both the lab report and the prescription. Please advise, as the symptoms have not yet resolved. Additionally, after sexual activity, she experiences itching or irritation in the same area.
