Albumin ++ in urine suggests early kidney impact common in diabetes. High IgE shows allergic response or inflammation. Needs tight sugar control and kidney monitoring. Doctor may start medicines to protect kidneys.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Urine ACR Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

I have been suffering from urination problems for the past four to five months. I urinate 8 to 10 times at night and pass more urine while sitting than standing. I went to the hospital, but my lab reports and USG are normal. The doctor advised taking Tab Cystone, but it has not cured me. Please advise, as I am suffering a lot.

I have attached the medical report for your review. The findings mention that the walls of the bladder are thickened, and one kidney is smaller in size. I would like to understand what complications can arise from this condition, what treatment options are available, and what precautions should be taken. Is this a life threatening disease, or can it reduce my friend lifespan? Also, I am worried, will he have to spend the rest of his life bedridden?
