My mothers blood test report shows TB IgG reactive. What does this mean? Her Hb level is 6, and she also has an abdominal lump.
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
TB IgG reactive indicates past or latent TB, not active. Lump and anemia need urgent evaluation. Consult physician or gastroenterologist.
