My pelvic ultrasonography report reads Bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. What does this mean? Do I have PCOS or PCOD?

Polycystic ovarian morphology means your ovaries are cystic, but PCOS diagnosis also depends on symptoms like irregular periods, acne, weight gain, or high androgens. If you only have PCOM and no other signs, it is not PCOS.
