My platelet count is 126,000 and WBC is 3,400. What should I do to increase them? My report shows Hb 15.60, TC 3,400, DC 55/40/1/4, PC 124,000, MP not mentioned.

These are mildly low. Could be post viral or due to deficiency. Eat a nutritious diet and recheck. See a hematologist if persistent.

I have been experiencing fever that comes and goes with chills. After taking paracetamol and antibiotics, the fever subsides. My blood test shows platelets at 1.6 lakh/cmm. Could you please advise if this could be dengue, or what might be causing these symptoms?
