Hi Doctor, I was married on 22nd July, and my period was due on 10th August. I did a home urine pregnancy test, which showed a positive result. Yesterday, we confirmed with a Beta HCG blood test, which showed a value of 4152 mIU/mL. Does this confirm my pregnancy, and how many weeks pregnant am I likely to be? My friend menstrual cycle is delayed by 1 week. She has had consistent unprotected sex, with the last instance 2 days ago. She recently had a fever for a day and now has a cold and cough.
