I am diabetic for 12 years. Three months ago, 6 mm and 4 mm kidney stones were detected. Now I am having right side pelvic pain and heaviness, along with burning sensation and yellow urine. The doctor prescribed Nutribact 100 for 3 weeks, Stone1 syrup, and Meftal tablets. Even after this, I have not been cured and was advised to undergo a cystoscopy.
My urine test report shows ++ sugar, 15 to 20 pus cells, and epithelial cells. The culture report came as contaminants. Is this the proper treatment I am receiving?

The routine urine examination shows albumin trace and pus cells 100 to 125. The previous urine culture showed Klebsiella species. I have attached my urine culture and current urine routine test report. Please help.

My baby is 6 months old and has had a fever for the last 5 days. After consultation, we did a urine test. The report shows albumin as traces and pus cells 8 to 10. I want to know if this is a matter of concern and, on a general basis, how long it usually takes to recover after starting treatment.

My pus cells are 20 to 25 and epithelial cells are also 20 to 25. I have done a blood test which shows creatinine 0.70, urea 17, and hemoglobin 12. What does this mean? Am I having any serious condition?

High pus and epithelial cells in urine strongly indicate UTI. Do a Urine Culture to identify the bacteria and take antibiotics accordingly. Creatinine and urea are normal, so kidney function is fine.
