My RBC count is very high according to my blood report, 8.5 million/cumm. I have not noticed any symptoms yet. Is this a serious problem? Does it require a bone marrow biopsy, or does it indicate low oxygen levels?

High RBC can indicate dehydration, high altitude adaptation, or rarely bone marrow issues. If asymptomatic, it may not be serious. Repeat test after hydration.

I had a regular check up and my lymphocytes are 50 percent. I am concerned as it should be between 20 to 40 percent. I am not having any infection, disease, or symptoms of any kind. I am attaching my test report. Please suggest if anything should be done?
