My reading for a non fasting glucose test is 145. The normal range is 70 to 140. Is this okay, or do I need to change my lifestyle and diet for a healthy, diabetes free life?

A non fasting glucose of 145 is slightly elevated. It does not confirm diabetes but could signal risk. Do a fasting blood sugar and HbA1c to know your average sugar control. Focus on diet, exercise, and avoid sugar rich foods.

View allSir, I recently had a fasting glucose test, which showed 103 mg/dL, and an HbA1c test, which showed 12.52 percent. Is it possible for these results to be correct together, or is there a mismatch?
