As per my recent report, I have been advised that I have thyronormalcy. I would like to know if this is something to be concerned about. I have also noticed that I am gaining fat around my lower belly quite rapidly, and regular workouts do not seem to be helping. I also have a history of ovarian cysts. Do I need to consider any medical treatment, or should I continue with regular exercise and lifestyle changes?

Thyronormalcy means thyroid is in normal range. Lower belly fat and ovarian cyst may be hormonal. Continue normal workout. Consult GYN for ovarian cyst follow up.

View allI am 37 years old. I have acne on face upper back and neck. I had acne problem for a long time. It used to appear more during the start of menstrual cycle but recently after pregnancy my baby is 6 months old now the problem has accelerated. During pregnancy one of my reports showed PCOS in right ovary. I conceived naturally and no treatment was taken. I consulted an allopathic doctor who said it is due to hormonal changes and prescribed Persol gel but I feel it is not effective. Please suggest some medicine? I want to get rid of acne.

I have been trying to conceive for the past 8 months. Today, on the 3rd day of my cycle, I had a follicle study, and the report shows a cyst in my right ovary. My doctor advised me to test FSH, LH, and E2 to decide whether we should proceed with Letrozole this cycle or skip it. Is it still possible for me to conceive this month?
