My report says I have a heterogeneous, predominantly hypoechoic mass of 5x 62 mm in the posterior wall. I want to get pregnant. Please advise what I should do?

The mass likely represents a fibroid, which can affect fertility depending on its location. You should consult a gynecologist to evaluate treatment options and fertility planning.

View allI am currently undergoing fertility treatment. Initially, my gynaecologist prescribed progesterone vaginal capsules to induce my period, as I have PCOD and irregular cycles. After that, she started me on Ovaa Shield from the 3rd day of my period. However, during my follicular study, there was no follicle growth even by the 17th day (the report showed SF). So, she again prescribed progesterone, and I got my period. This time, she prescribed Ovaa Shield DS. I am now on the 15th day of my cycle, but still, there is no follicular growth (still showing SF). How long will this medication continue? I am feeling very confused and stressed. I previously lost my first baby due to a heart block. I am still not getting pregnant.

I am 32 years old and have been suffering from irregular periods for a long time. My doctor, after evaluating my treatment results, mentioned that my uterine lining is thickened due to hormonal problems. I was prescribed Sysron N tablets to regulate my periods and took the course for 28 days. However, my periods did not become regular and started about a month after completing the tablets. Now I am experiencing heavy bleeding and feeling unwell.
