My report says I have a high A/G ratio of 2.23 and a high AST/SGOT ratio of 54.2. I have attached the report. Is there anything I need to worry about?

Slightly high liver enzyme, not alarming if no symptoms. Avoid alcohol and processed food.

Hello doctor I am Ravi age 25. I have a big problem with weight gain and even after following a weight gain diet and gym my weight remains constant at 52 kg. A few days ago I was drinking alcohol regularly and after that I developed pain below the chest, weight loss, loss of appetite, malaise, shortness of breath, depression, and ringworm on legs and hands. The doctor checked my blood report and chest X ray but was unable to diagnose. Please help me?

Hello doctor, I recently got my LFT done and the results are as follows: SGOT: 45 SGPT: 46 Bilirubin (Direct): 0.6 Bilirubin (Indirect): 0.5 Total Bilirubin: 1.1 Alkaline Phosphatase: 299 On my lab report, it is mentioned as A108 306C and C 210 810. Could you please let me know if these results are within the normal range? Should I continue any medicines or take any syrup for this?
