My report shows that LUC is high. I heard this might be related to an infection, possibly even HIV. Could you please advise?

LUC (large unstained cells) are atypical cells seen in infections, allergies, or inflammation, not specific for HIV. An elevated LUC often reflects a recent viral infection or immune response. Please repeat a Complete Blood Count with differential and consider a peripheral smear for clarity. If you have HIV risk factors, an HIV antibody/antigen test can provide definitive screening. My blood test report shows ESR 36 and monocytes 0. I do not have fever, chills, or burning urination, but I do have back pain. Is having 0 monocytes normal, and can it be harmful for my body?
