My report shows that LUC is high. I heard this might be related to an infection, possibly even HIV. Could you please advise?

LUC (large unstained cells) are atypical cells seen in infections, allergies, or inflammation, not specific for HIV. An elevated LUC often reflects a recent viral infection or immune response. Please repeat a Complete Blood Count with differential and consider a peripheral smear for clarity. If you have HIV risk factors, an HIV antibody/antigen test can provide definitive screening. View allI have been experiencing a dry cough (sukhi khansi) for the past 8 months. I have taken antibiotics and anti allergic medications several times, but there has been little improvement. My chest Xray and blood tests are normal. I work in the teaching profession. Could you please advise what might be causing this persistent cough and what steps I should take to treat it effectively?

My wife complains that she breathes heavily if she walks a few meters, runs, lifts heavy weight or does housework like floor cleaning. Her blood report shows haemoglobin 11.3 and blood sugar is normal. What steps should I take in this situation?
