My scalp is very itchy at times. I have attached my blood test report, which shows an ESR of 32. The doctor examined me and diagnosed a possible scalp fungal infection, prescribing medication. However, the itching has not improved. Could you please advise what might be causing this and what should be done next?

ESR is mildly raised and may indicate inflammation. If antifungal treatment is not working, consider re evaluation for other causes like seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis.

I was diagnosed with H. pylori, which caused an ulcer. I also have chronic non atrophic gastritis, lax cardia, GERD, and piles. Due to these issues, I have lost 12 kg. I delivered my second baby in January 2020, and these problems started around April/May. My first child is 3 years old. I have been on medication for the past 10 months, but still do not feel fully relieved. Recently, I did a CBC with ESR test, and some values were slightly abnormal. My PCT should be less than 0.28, but it is 0.33. Hemoglobin is 13.5 (previously 14.7 in November), lymphocytes are 49.7 percent, and my ESR increased from 2 to 20. Should I be concerned about these changes in my report? Do they indicate any serious problem?
