My serum IgE level is 4653 IU/mL. I have a history of allergies, asthma, and psoriasis since childhood, and I also get frequent fungal infections. What tests can be done, or how can we diagnose whether I have Autosomal Recessive Hyper IgE Syndrome (AR HIES)?

A very high IgE level (4653 IU/ml), along with childhood asthma, psoriasis, and fungal infections, raises the possibility of Autosomal Recessive Hyper IgE Syndrome (AR HIES). This is a rare immune disorder and is diagnosed using genetic testing (like DOCK8 gene mutation) and immune profiling. Please consult a clinical immunologist to get evaluated fully and begin the right treatment plan.

Take a LYMPHOCYTE SUBSET ANALYSIS (LSSA) WITH NK CELLS Test or Take a Immunoglobulin Panel [IgG, IgM & IgA] - Serum Test
