My SGPT is 25, SGOT is 19, and alkaline phosphatase is 371. Bilirubin is 3.03. What could be the reason for high alkaline phosphatase? I have attached my report. If gallstones are the reason, what could be their size according to the report?

High ALP suggests a bile duct obstruction which could be suggestive of gallstones. For determining the size of the gallstone we need to perform GGT, USG Abdomen and liver functions test to find out the underlying cause.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a GGT Test (Gamma Glutamyl Tranferase) Test or Take a LFT (Liver Function) Test Test

I would like to understand if my SGPT report is normal or if there is anything concerning in it. Although my doctor mentioned everything is normal, I want to be sure.
